ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate

We apply quality management system standards based on the ISO standard in our operations. Our focus is on customer service, which guarantees the delivery of the highest quality products and services, a process-based organizational approach, and continuous improvement. The first certification audit for compliance with the ISO 9001:2000 standard was conducted in 2002 by KEMA QUALITY POLSKA Sp. z o.o. In 2018, we received certification in accordance with the latest edition of the standard, designated ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Certificate

We are an organization that places great importance on pro-ecological activities and environmental protection. We demonstrate this commitment by developing products that are used for, among other things, the following: Effective energy management, as well as organizational compliance with the ISO 14001 standard. Our environmental management system was certified in 2015. ISO 14001:2015 is a globally recognized standard, compliance with which guarantees continuous improvement of the company’s environmental impact.

Cisco Solution Partner

Spółka Inżynierów SIM Sp. z o.o. is a Cisco Solution Partner. This level guarantees access to the Cisco product roadmap, documentation, APIs, and laboratories of the IP telephony manufacturer Cisco. Participation in this Cisco partner program guarantees users access to technology-level support. We are prepared to ensure compatibility, provide professional services, and develop our own products that operate or integrate within the Cisco environment.

Cisco Compatible for COMPREC Call Recorders

Our digital call recording systems, which we use to implement integrated solutions with Cisco infrastructure, have been tested in the Cisco laboratory for compatibility and interoperability with the CUCM environment. Our products were tested in 2018 and certified.

Mining Certificate – Approval for Use in Mining Plants for COMPREC Call Recorders

Based on certification tests conducted at the EMAG Mining Electrification and Automation Center and issued opinion no. 3819/97, the COMPREC CCT-2 call recording system in its mining version has been approved for use in mining plants.

Approval Certificate

Based on the tests conducted, the COMPREC CCT-2 call recording system received Approval Certificate No. 721/2000. The legal basis governing the use of telecommunications equipment is defined in Article 25, Section 3 of the Act of November 15, 1984, on Communications (Journal of Laws No. 54, item 275) and the Regulation of the Minister of Communications of February 20, 1986, on approval certificates and conditions for obtaining consent for the use of telecommunications equipment in the uniform national telecommunications network.
